Q. What file extensions can we use for the Product Image? 

A. jpeg, gif and bmp can be used

Q. Re: Costing Information in the Product level.  How can I quote the same product to different customers, with different prices for each customer? If there is an order for two different prices, then the Estimated Profit Analysis will show only the last updated Costing Information from the product

A. Create a new product for each customer, this way the costing is separate.

Question: How do I add a new product?

A.

1. From Home Page, Sales and Purchases, Sales Elements section
2. Select Products
3. A list of existing products is displayed
4. Select GO
5. Enter the Product Id (it must be unique)
6. Select Add Product Id
7. Enter the product information

Select Update

Q. How do I change an existing product?
