Inventory - Management - Quantity Review Pending

From within the Inventory section of the application:

Select	< Quantity Review Pending

	If the system is configured to use Quantity Review Pending, any change in Venture quantity through Lot Entry or Inventory Adjustments that makes that quantity different than the most recent venture quantity total creates a "Review Pending" situation. In this situation the user can maintain that review pending forever, but may not allocate from a venture that is review pending nor can they delete a venture that has that review pending. Like all pages in the system, the permission to access this page can be controlled through User Maintenance.


		Approve		The user can approve any outstanding reviews by clicking the check box next to that venture and clicking the accept button at the bottom of the screen. This will update the Venture Quantity to the "Quantity After Review" and remove the remove pending flag.

		Adjust		The user can any venture by clicking the Adjust link next to that venture which will bring the user into Inventory Adjustments where they can chose to make additional changes to that venture and either remove the review pending flag (if the changes restore the original venture quantity) or maintain the review pending flag (if the adjustments maintain the quantity discrepencies).

		View PL		In which a user can review the Packing List information for the venture selected including a dertailed history of Warehouse Transfers, Adjustments and current Lot breakdown information.
